WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

 

Order Processing Time

Please note that each order requires a processing time before shipment. We prioritize expedited shipping methods to ensure timely delivery.

  • Expedited Delivery via DHL Express: Processing time is approximately 3-5 business days.
  • Standard Delivery via India Post: Processing time is approximately 5-7 business days.

*Please keep in mind that this processing time is separate from the delivery time frame mentioned below.*

 

Free Shipping (India Post - Min. Order Value of $150)

  • Eligibility: All orders that meet or exceed the minimum order value of $150 are eligible for free shipping.
  • Shipping Provider: Orders eligible for free shipping will be fulfilled via India Post.
  • Delivery Time: Please note that the estimated delivery time for orders shipped with free Standard shipping is 30 days.
  • Tracking and Updates: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

 

Expedited Shipping (DHL Express)

We offer expedited shipping via DHL for faster delivery of your orders.

  • Charges Applied: Please note that charges for expedited shipping will be applied based on DHL Express rates.
  • Faster Delivery: By choosing expedited shipping, you can expect faster delivery times compared to standard shipping options.
  • Shipping Timeframe: The estimated shipping timeframe for expedited orders is typically 5-6 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Tracking and Updates: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

 

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Free Standard shipping is valid on international orders.
